How much a private chef Miami costs per person depends on the size of the event, how complicated the cuisine is, and what ingredients are selected. The price for small dinner parties can range from $100 to well over $300 a person. This usually includes grocery shopping, cooking on site, and the chef’s professional fee. Extra charges apply for premium ingredients like caviar sampling and Wagyu beef. Most personal chefs will charge a flat fee plus the cost of groceries for preparing meals on a weekly basis. For regular dinner parties, we recommend booking at least two to four weeks out. For popular holidays such as Valentine’s Day, Thanksgiving and Christmas Day, booking two to three months in advance is essential as reservations fill up fast. If you are interested in a long term personal chef, we recommend starting the consultation process a month in advance to allow for a trial period. We’ll do our best to match you with a chef that is available for hire at the last minute but availability is never guaranteed for the busiest time of year in Miami.

We are mainly interested in Miami-Dade County, which includes Miami Beach, Brickell, Coral Gables, and Aventura. But for some parties we also offer personal chef South Florida services in Fort Lauderdale, Broward and even Palm Beach. Some of our best chefs are also on luxury charters or overseas assignments. Can you accommodate guests with special diets or serious food allergies? Sure. Mastering specialized diets is a core part of our expertise. We have a lot of experience with diabetic, vegan, gluten free, kosher and ketogenic protocols. We follow strict cross-contamination protocols in your kitchen and record all dietary restrictions during your consultation. Our chefs are trained in functional nutrition, so they can deliver high quality food that doesn’t sacrifice flavor or presentation – even on the most restrictive diets.

Not necessarily. We have many personal chef clients who choose weekly food prep and provide access to the chef via a secure code or building management. You can come home from work to a clean kitchen and a refrigerator packed with nutritious meals. Most hosts want to be there and interact with the chef during one-off private dinner parties, but this is totally dependent on your comfort level and the nature of the event.

After they serve your meal the chef cleans your kitchen thoroughly and leaves it immaculate. Our service is characterized by a “zero-trace” approach that ensures your only obligation as a host is to enjoy the food and company of your guests.

Of course! We frequently cook for private parties, poolside breakfasts, bachelorette getaways, and birthday dinners. From designing a vibrant plated dinner and creating welcome snacks to mocktail and drink pairings to complete your event, we can do it all.

We even have a Holiday Private Chef experience just for family gatherings, Thanksgiving, Christmas Day and New Year’s Eve. Instead of spending the holiday in the kitchen with your family, we cook a full holiday meal, including seasonal appetizers, traditional holiday mains and sides, and a lovely dessert course.
