We do not have any standard templates for our catering meals. - Cocktail Reception & Hors d'oeuvres: For a more contemporary, movement-oriented event, we offer passed appetizers and sophisticated grazing tables featuring fresh, locally-sourced products.
Our talented chefs and wait staff are ready to work in a high-pressure situation where “everything just has to turn out right.” This is the art of carefully setting tables and using elegant accents such as lace or Italian cutwork linens to create the right aesthetic mood.
