Whether it’s a Coconut Grove villa or a Pinecrest house, our crew arrives at your location well-equipped and independently. We bring our own equipment, specialty paelleras and high-output gas burners. We are completely self sufficient so no need to worry about cooking space.
The rice is our true base for Spanish paella. We use the best varieties of bomba or senia, selected for their capacity to absorb the subtle flavors of our handmade stocks without turning to mush. Our catering menu is all about variety to please every palate:

From charcuterie to elegant bites, our tapas and appetizers make for a seamless transition from cocktail hour to the main event. Our model is full-service catering with professional service, a strict "no-mess" policy, and cooking station setup. After the cooking demonstration, we leave the area spotless and bag up any leftovers for your guests.
