野茶是武夷山最原生態(tài)、最有機(jī)的茶種,自古享有“萬茶之源”之美譽(yù)。因?yàn)殚L(zhǎng)年自然生長(zhǎng)在武夷山的深山叢林中,海拔在1200至1800米之間,無法人工種植,采摘極為不便,故野茶的產(chǎn)量稀少。正是因?yàn)樯L(zhǎng)環(huán)境自然獨(dú)特,野茶混合了多種不同的茶葉特征,給人一種很奇特的味道。用巖茶工藝加工的野茶,即屬于巖茶中的奇葩。
Being the most primitive ecological and organic variety, wild tea has been enjoying the name “source of all tea" since ancient times.
